Farirai Watyoka, also known as Fari, is a renowned HR strategist, business leader, and researcher with over 16 years of experience in driving people and business transformation across global markets shaping workforce strategies, leadership development, and digital HR transformation across Southern Africa, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with leading multinational organizations, including SAP, Ernst & Young, and PaySpace, where she led high-impact HR initiatives, partnered with senior executives, and helped drive large-scale organizational and cultural change.

At SAP, she was instrumental in shaping global HR strategies and engagement projects working with HR leaders and senior executives to develop and implement leadership frameworks, enhance workforce engagement and implement cutting edge HR solutions across 120+ countries. Prior to that, she held senior HR business partnering and advisory roles, influencing people strategies that empowered thousands of employees and strengthened organizational culture. Her career also includes hands-on experience in Africa, where she worked on regional talent strategies, employee relations, and digital organizational transformation projects.

Farirai’s expertise is backed by a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and certifications in Project Management ( PMP) , SAP SuccessFactors, and Leadership Coaching.
